I haven’t been trying very hard to lose the last 20+ pounds but now I finally am. I used to work out for 1.5hrs 3 times a week, but after 4months of being a lazy bum I can only jog/run/walk for 50mins, but I plan to do it daily. Will try to incorporate some weight lifting in there soon as well. Do you think that’s enough?
